Rules of the NATURA PARK Holiday Resort

1. The resort provides short-term accommodation without the additional services required of hotel establishments.
2. Check-in begins at 15:00 on arrival day and check-out is by 10:00 on the last day of the stay.
3. On arrival, present a valid identity document (identity card) to complete the formalities related to your stay.
4. Use of the resort requires a prior reservation confirmed by an earnest-money deposit under the agreed booking conditions, and payment of the balance between the deposit and the full cost of the stay on arrival.
5. The service consists of handing over a clean, tidy cottage ready for use, one set of keys and information on the equipment and technical condition of the rooms, in the presence of resort staff.
6. On departure, the cottage is returned under the same conditions as the handover in point 5 of these rules. A cleaning fee of PLN 100 applies if it is returned in a condition inconsistent with the agreement.
7. Any change to arrival or departure dates (such as late arrival or early departure and cancellation of the remaining stay) does not entitle guests to a price reduction or any refund.
8. Remaining on the premises after 10:00 on departure day without agreement with reception requires payment for another day and does not guarantee an extension of the stay.
9. Occupancy must not exceed the number of registered, paying guests. If unregistered people are found staying in a cottage, the registered guest pays for their stay.
10. Report faults arising during use of the cottage to staff promptly. Complaints made after the stay has ended or on departure day will not be considered.
11. Guests bear full financial responsibility for damaged or lost items provided for their use.
12. Damage caused by guests through improper use of the premises is settled on site during the stay, at amounts set by staff sufficient to cover repairs or replacement of a lost item.
13. The resort is not responsible for valuables or money left in cottages. Take due care to close windows and lock doors when leaving.
14. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00, except for events organised by staff and announced in advance.
15. Guests who disturb the peace or misuse the property in breach of these rules may be removed from the resort without the right to make any claims.
16. The following are prohibited:
    • disturbing the peace, for example by playing loud music without staff consent or during quiet hours.
    • behaviour that seriously disrupts other guests’ peaceful enjoyment of their stay.
17. The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to people:
    • visibly under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances,
    • who behave aggressively or in a manner generally considered vulgar.
18. Due to the prevailing epidemiological situation, people who are not guests may not enter the resort premises.
19. Dogs may stay for an additional fee only after being declared and approved when booking, with final approval on arrival after verification against the reservation. Owners must carry an up-to-date vaccination record, clean up after their dogs and walk them outside the resort. They bear full financial liability for any damage caused by their animals.
20. Park vehicles only in designated spaces.

    Parking is free for resort guests:

    • one parking space is assigned to each cottage; a further car for the same cottage incurs a surcharge.
    • bicycles must be stored outside the cottage in the designated area.
21. Guests pay utility charges according to electricity meter readings and the rates for the season.
22. If the booking is cancelled before the planned arrival, the amount paid towards the reservation is an earnest-money deposit and is non-refundable.
23. If a stay is ended early, the resort does not refund payments for the services paid for.
24. Smoking and frying fish are strictly prohibited inside cottages.

    Guests who breach this rule bear the cost of disinfecting the cottage.

25. Use barbecues only outdoors on the terraces adjoining the cottages.
26. Place all cottage waste only in the containers in the designated area of the resort.
27. Children may use the playground only under adult supervision.
28. The resort rules are made available:
    • on the website www.ustronie-domki.ta.pl
    • by familiarising each guest with them during booking.
29. The resort is not responsible for interruptions to electricity, water or multimedia signals caused by force majeure beyond the service provider’s control.
30. Guests using the resort’s services undertake to comply with these rules.
